The third season of the series Farscape started on 16th March 2001. The season had the usual twenty two episodes. In the first episode, John recovers after his chip is removed while Zahaan makes a great sacrifice to revive Aeryn. While the crew tries to rescue the survivors in a space station hit by a huge energy storm, another storm threatens to destroy the station and everybody on board. On approaching a wormhole, Moya is sucked in and gets fused with another ship.

Somebody from Moya has to make thesacrifice, when it becomes clear that only one of the two ships can survive. Moya’s crew accidentally travels back in time to the spot where a legendary Peacekeeper battle was fought. While searching for food, John lands on a dying leviathan inhabited by hungry cannibals controlled by a scientist skilled at cloning. The crew of Moya learns about the two Johns on board, while Talyn and Crais recover from their injuries. Stark and Rygel find a way to save Talyn who has been swallowed up by a Budong. The bodies of Moya’s crew members are taken over by energy riders who have their own secret plan. Talyn lands on a planet full of plants which will help him recover, while Aeryn squares off with ruthless Xhalax. Scorpius tells John about his life with the hope of getting the knowledge about wormhole technology from him. The crew learns that Mu-Quillus is the reason behind Talyn being pulled close to sun and hence endangering them.

John and D’Argo have to find Jool and Chiana when they disappear after getting drunk at a nightclub. John’s ancient clone Jack accuses him of sharing wormhole stabilizing technology with the Charrids. Jack helps John to build a device that can destroy the Scarran Dreadnoughts to stop them from taking the wormhole technology.[Read More...]
